 Andy Morrison
received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University. He began
working with Motorola in 1976 and has held positions in product development,
research, and advanced manufacturing. He received his M. S. in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago while working
at Motorola. He is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff
working on cellular infrastructure products in Fort Worth, Texas and is an
associate of Motorola's Science Advisory Board. He is a member of ASME
and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society.
Andy will receive his Ph.D
on August 2004 and been investigating condensation heat transfer
enhancement.
